Family Registration
Registrations are now open for this upcoming year’s ALL NEW Family Faith Formation Program. Deadline for registering is July 30. A late fee will be applied if registering after July 30th.
You may download the registration form below to register, once filled out please email form to LFlanigan@ctrcc.net.
Fees may be paid online by scanning QR Code on the form. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, please stop by the parish office.
